Today is day 17 of the Turn Up With T 28 Day Ratchet Cardio Fat Loss Challenge! Each day will be about 15-20 minutes of fun hip hop cardio with the best hip hop ratchet and high energy songs!. Lets the beat get you through the burn!!!
Today we have a fun Dumbbell and cardio mash up workout to get those calories burning !!!
We are here to work, sweat, burn calories, and have a great time doing it!
These ratchet hip hop cardio workouts can be used as a stand alone workout, as a put HIIT cardio session after your main lifting/resistance training session, or you can combine them with another cardio video if you want some extra credit!
This workout is set interval style with 40 seconds of exercise followed by 15 seconds of rest! Your heart will get pumping fast! If needed modify time and or exercise to suit your fitness level but always push!!
