This week’s vlog is packed with firsts, fresh energy, and some epic views! I finally rode my Time Trial bike for the very first time in Centennial Park Sydney and WOW what a ride! From aero position challenges to feeling that insane speed it’s a whole new world for my Ironman training journey
Not stopping there I also took on a stunning trail run in the Blue Mountains reconnecting with nature and pushing through the mental reset after my recent health pause. I’m still not 100% but this week felt like the turning point I’m back on track and ready to train hard again for Ironman Barcelona just 10 weeks to go!!!
