I couldn’t believe how crazy-good this dessert turned out with just 2 eggs and an air fryer! We start by caramelizing ripe bananas in a little butter and sugar, then pour a rich cocoa batter with milk and vanilla on top and bake it until soft, fluffy, and chocolatey.
It’s the perfect easy, homemade dessert for guests, family, or a late-night sweet craving.
Ingredients for the Base:
Bananas — 3
Butter — 15 g (1 tbsp)
Sugar — 25 g (2 tbsp)
Cake Batter:
Eggs — 2
Sugar — 100 g (1/2 cup)
Oil — 100 ml (1/3 cup)
Milk — 200 ml (3/4 cup)
Vanilla extract — 5 ml (1 tsp)
All-purpose flour — 250 g (2 cups)
Cocoa powder — 50 g (1/2 cup)
Baking powder — 15 g (4 tsp)
Salt — a pinch
Milk Syrup:
Sweetened condensed milk — 30 ml (2 tbsp)
Regular milk — 90 ml (6 tbsp / ~1/3 cup)
