Ali Keeler
He was born in 1973 in London. His interest in Quran recitation goes back to his childhood and he started to learn to recite Quran in his mid teens after teaching himself to read Arabic.
He has studied with sheikhs from Damascus and Aleppo and received his Ijaza (authorisation to teach a particular science) in the recitation of riwayat Hafs from Asim, from Sheikh Abdur-Razzaq Bahlawan in 2007.
He currently lives in Granada in Spain and has been teaching Quran recitation in Spain, Germany and the UK for several years.
