India Clears ₹2.38 Lakh Cr Defence Upgrade | Major Boost for Army, Navy & Air Force

Описание: India has approved defence modernization proposals worth ₹2.38 lakh crore in a high-level meeting chaired by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh. The clearances include key systems for the Army—air defence tracked systems, AP tank ammunition, high-capacity radio relay, Dhanush guns and runway-independent aerial surveillance platforms. The Air Force will get S-400 SAM systems, Sukhoi engine overhauls and new medium transport aircraft replacing AN-32 and IL-76 fleets. The decisions significantly strengthen India’s tactical, strategic and operational capabilities.
