EP 3 | UAE’s Exit from OPEC and Its Impact on Global Oil Prices and India

The United Arab Emirates’ decision to exit OPEC and OPEC+ marks a major shift in global energy politics, raising important questions about the future of oil markets, Gulf geopolitics, and global energy governance. As one of OPEC’s largest oil producers with expanding production ambitions, the UAE’s move could reshape global crude supply dynamics, intensify competition within the Gulf, and influence energy prices worldwide.
