We went to one of Trivandrum’s scenic tourist spot - Veli Lake Tourist Village
Located where the Veli Lake meets the Arabian Sea, the Veil Tourist Village is one of the most sought after picnic spots in Thiruvananthapuram district. Barely 10km from the capital city, Veli Tourist Village is easily accessible via bus, auto or private vehicles. A well maintained, vibrant garden stands at the southern banks of the Veli lagoon. It is connected to the beach by a floating bridge.
A Toy train ride is the main attraction of this place. Besides the train, they’ve got other activities like Boating,Fish Spa etc.
