Join us live for all the action from Women's Lifting Party 2025! We're streaming the full day of competition as athletes battle it out across the Squat and Deadlift events in both Flight A/B and Flight C/D.
Schedule of Events (All times Malaysian Standard Time (GMT +8))
Morning Session (Flights A & B):
Squat Lift-Off: 9:30 AM
Deadlift Lift-Off: 11:00 AM
Afternoon Session (Flights C & D):
Squat Lift-Off: 1:30 PM
Deadlift Lift-Off: 3:30 PM
The competition is scheduled to end around 5:00 PM, with the Prize Giving Ceremony kicking off at 6:00 PM.
