Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup sweetener (choose your preferred sweetener, suitable for your dietary needs)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 to 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice (I used 3 tablespoons cinnamon, 2 teaspoons ground ginger, 2 teaspoons nutmeg, and 1 1/2 teaspoons ground clove)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Freshly grated nutmeg (adjust to your taste)
4 eggs
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 to 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
8 tablespoons clarified butter
Optional Topping:
Before baking, add salted pumpkin seeds on top of the bread for a delightful crunch and extra flavor.
