2018 review of a VELFAC 200 window installation.
We have had an absolutely dreadful customer experience, so much so that we have created a youtube video to chronicle the events.
In summary, I cannot quite believe how poor the quality of both the product and the service has been from both Velfac and their approved installers. If you are considering Velfac windows, my advice is to save yourself a lot of stress and buy your windows from elsewhere.
Our only option is trading standards and private legal action. This is not my idea of fun.
