In today's episode we're making Filipino Lumpia! Lumpia also known as Spring Rolls is a really popular dish from the Philippines. Filipino Lumpia is a delicious, crispy, sometimes meaty food that goes beautifully with a vinegee sawsawan or sweet chilli dippy dip.
