allows her to take enemy contact first in crossfires(e.g. Dismiss out + Meddle/Shock Bolt/Recon Bolt).

EMPRESS:
gives her a stim buff making her equipping and reloading weapons faster.
automatically heals her after getting a kill.
allows Dismiss to be more cunning and effective with invisibility.
