How to Calibrate your JMS Control Panel (Yellow Handheld)

Instructions:
To see what needs to be recalibrated:
1) Turn control panel on. You will see red flashing light at the bottom right hand corner of the display screen
2) Select "faults" - - "system faults" - - "enter"
3) Any line you see with a black dot next to it is an active code

To recalibrate:
1) Go back to home screen
2) Turn the control panel off
3) Go behind wheel/box, and unplug 6 pin connector
4) Go back to control box and turn key to on position but do NOT crank it
5) Let it boot up, you’ll still have flashing light, turn it off again then re-plug 6 pin connector make sure it’s fully connected
6) Go back to control panel and turn key to on position
7) Hit next button until you get to the screen that says “set clock/contrast/units-eng/configure”
8) Select "configure" -- "enter" --the password is 4321 -- "enter"
The upper right corner of screen will have a small box with "throttle" and "water"
9) For water, You must calibrate minimum and maximum. Hit the select button until it is on Calibrate, your selector box will move around screen
For maximum, hold up arrow, you will hear actuator kick on, the numbers will change on screen, keep holding button and numbers will go back down, red light will turn off when it is finished
For minimum, Follow same procedure but hold down button
10) Hit home button (looks like back door) to go back to home screen, this will save your calibration
