Ingredients:
1 egg
50 ml (1/2 cup) warm milk
1 tsp instant dry yeast (8 gr)
50 ml (1/2 cup) warm water
100 gr sugar + 1 tsp salt
300 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
3 tbsp butter (50gr)
Filling:
3 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp sugar
Egg wash: 1 egg yolk
