This episode from StilleCast on Spotify was worth uploading here on YouTube. This is the second time I have had Riley Kirk on my podcast, and I look forward to continuing to learn from her. Knowing Riley and learning about her research into the truth about cannabis has been transformative for me and my clients.
The number one negative related to cannabis from my perspective is the unconscious shame around the plant, which is a byproduct of indoctrinated belief structures within society. These indoctrinated belief structures are a direct result of Harry Anslinger’s initiation of the war on drugs decades ago. This unconscious shame contributes to the feeling of being behind or on the wrong path due to cannabis use.
This episode helps to paint a clearer picture of how cannabis interacts with the body and the brain. With the right mindset, cannabis is shown to increase the executive function of the brain. With a stressed, depressed, or similar mindset, cannabis can feel like it has adverse effects. This is really a sign of a lack of inspiration and self-sourced love within the individual.
When we understand that neuroscience and epigenetics show that the driving factor for overall health stems from our thoughts and emotions, both conscious and subconscious: this area is of paramount importance for anyone seeking more happiness and better health in their life. Dr. Bruce Lipton is a fantastic source of information in this area, and he has a wonderful book titled The Biology of Belief.
Wherever you are with your cannabis relationship, what is most important is that you are happy—scientifically. Any lack of happiness is merely from conditioned belief structures. So, all that needs to be done is the work related to rewiring the mind. And patience. It is a process, not a pill.
Great books for direction to rewire the mind: Psychocybernetics by Maltz, Letting Go by David Hawkins, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza, Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, and MetaHuman by Deepak Chopra.
Being and remaining a student of the mind is imperative for sustainable growth. Reading books in this category, listening to podcasts, taking classes, or working with a coach like myself are all forms of being a student of the mind.
Please note, none of my content or coaching contains medical advice. However, you may find massive benefits, with respect to your overall health, from the meat of this podcast and my content overall.
