Even though Friendship Peak is listed as a trekkable mountain, season of visit defines the difficulty. This expedition was undertaken in October 2023 with fresh snow, and the mountain presented with many technical sections. If one wishes to summit safely, all safety and climbing gear is required (ropes, carabiner, snow boots, cramp-on etc.) This peak shall not be taken lightly especially since its filled with crevices. Summiting this peak is part of Advances Mountaineering Course from ABVIMAS.
