Описание: Tumi shares with us some steps to dynamically shape our future in a world driven by the fear and uncertainty of a pandemic. She draws our attention to the irrepressible nature of the human spirit and its ability to thrive in difficult times. Rather than allow the uncertainty of the pandemic dictate how we lead our lives, Tumi encourages us to choose to actively participate in shaping our future, rising above fear. Tumi Rabanye believes that “the only constant these days is disruption” and therefore communications consultants have an even more important role to play in navigating the exponential changes experienced. This is especially so in a time of democratised media as communications can literally affect leadership brand, workforce management and our response crisis.
