Pineapple Chicken ~ My 1st Sheet Pan Meal was a HUGE Hit!

Описание: Pineapple Chicken sheet pan meal

*2 to 3 chicken breast cubed
*1 red bell pepper cut up into cubes
*1 yellow bell pepper
*1 medium onion cut up
*I can pineapple chunks (drained and juice reserved)
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp reserved pineapple juice
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper

Assemble per video instructions
Bake in a preheated 400° oven for 35 minutes or until chicken is done
