Cililitan is one of the urban villages in Kramat Jati Sub-district, East Jakarta Administrative City, DKI Jakarta Province, Indonesia. This urban village was expanded from Cawang Urban Village on July 29, 1986. Cililitan Urban Village has an area of 1.76 km2 with a population of 50,730 people in the 2020 census.
Cililitan was named after one of the tributaries of the Cipinang River. Today, there is no trace of the creek. The word ci, which is Sundanese, means river water. Lilitan - fully lilitan - kutu, is the name of a shrub whose scientific name is Pipturus velutinus Wedd., belonging to the Urticeae family (Fillet 1888:201).
In the mid-17th century the Cililitan area was part of the Tandjoeng Oost partisan land, when it was still owned by Pieter van der Velde (De Haan 1910:50). Then it changed hands several times until it was renamed Halim Perdanakusuma Airport. The airfield is usually called Cililitan Airfield (vliegeld)[1].
Kelurahan Cililitan was an expansion of Kelurahan Cawang on July 29, 1986. This Kelurahan was formed in accordance with the Decree of the Governor of KDKI Jakarta number 1251 of 1986 dated July 29, 1986 concerning the division, unification, change of twin/same names, determination of boundaries and area.[2]

Cimanggis-Cibitung Toll Road or Cimaci Toll Road is one of the toll roads that is part of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road 2 or JORR 2 connecting the Cinere-Jagorawi Toll Road and Jagorawi Toll Road in the West and Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road and Cibitung-Cilincing Toll Road in the North. The toll road connecting Cimanggis, Depok City and Cibitung, Bekasi Regency crosses several areas such as Citra Gran Cibubur in Jatisampurna, Bekasi City Kota Wisata and Legenda Wisata Cibubur, Cileungsi, Bogor Regency and several locations in Bekasi Regency. The construction of this toll road is intended to unravel the congestion that has become a scourge in the Cibubur-Jonggol area or the Transyogi Corridor, as well as reduce the burden of the Jagorawi Toll Road.
This toll road is divided into two sections. Section 1 is 2.8 kilometers long from Junction Cimanggis, Depok City to On/Off Ramp Jatikarya / Transyogi Road (Cibubur-Jonggol), Bekasi City and Section 2 is 23.4 kilometers long from On/Off Ramp Jatikarya / Transyogi Road (Cibubur-Jonggol), Bekasi City, On/Off Ramp Cileungsi / Narogong Road, Jonggol Area to Junction Cibitung, Bekasi Regency. The 2.8-kilometer Section 1 (Junction Cimanggis-On/Off Ramp Jatikarya) began operating on November 10, 2020."[1]
