The Wrong Way to Daresbury: Navigational Chaos & Cycling Blunders! Plus an update with Sir Kenneth!
In this laid-back road cycling vlog, I set out to tick off a "British Cycle Quest" checkpoint in Daresbury, Cheshire. The mission was simple, but my Garmin had other ideas! 🤣
Join me as the navigation goes completely rogue, leading to plenty of laughs and unexpected detours. We even stop off for a quick cuppa at Partridge Lakes Fishery.
The most important part of the ride? A check-in with my usual cycling partner, "Sir Kenneth" (my incredible 81-year-old father-in-law), for an update on his recovery from a nasty cycling accident where be broke his hip and had a hip replacement. Wishing him a speedy return to the saddle!
It's a fun ride full of mistakes, beautiful countryside, and a reminder of why we love cycling—even when we're lost!
