The 1st and 4th Defendants appeal the order made by Mr Justice Jacobs (sitting in the Commercial Court) dated 24 April 2020. Permission was granted on grounds 1 and 2 by Mr Justice Jacobs in the court below.
The Claimants had applied for, and obtained, an amended freezing order up to the value of $345m. This was following judgment granted against Defendants pursuant to an action for misuse of company secrets / proprietary information relating to source code for making two-way digital mobile radios.
