Fibro Friends Chepstow teamed up with Psycho Somatic Practitioner, Former Specialist Nurse and fellow Fibro Warrior (recovered) Tasha Davies, for a Informational Talk.
Tasha shares her Fibro story with us and her self taught steps to recovery. She now lives largely symptom and medication free and understands how to deal with the complex treatment demands of her Fibro.
