##### Painting the Armor #####

1. Prime the Mini Black (Citadel - Chaos Black or GSW Matt Surface Primer Black)

2. Base coat the mini by stippling on multiple thin 1:4 mixed layers of Monument Hobbies Pro Acryl - Neutral Grey and water with a Artis Opus - Series D (size M) brush

4. Create volumetric highlights by dry brushing highlight focussed, a 1:1 mix of Monument Hobbies Pro Acryl - Neutral Grey and Bright Neutral Grey with an Artis Opus - Series D size L brush

5. Intensify the volumetric highlights by dry brushing highlight focussed Monument Hobbies Pro Acryl - Neutral Grey

6. Add white volumetric highlights by dry brushing with strokes from above of Monument Hobbies Pro Acryl - Bold Titanium White with an Artis Opus - Series D size L brush and Series D size M brush

7. base cast the shoulder trims and cables with Monument Hobbies Pro Acryl - Coal Black

8. Base coat the metal parts and the sub suit with Vallejo - Gunmetal Grey 77.720

9. Add rough Edge highlights and volumetric highlights to the black parts with Monument Hobbies Pro Acryl - Dark Warm Grey

10. Add smaller Edge highlights and volumetric highlights to the black parts with Monument Hobbies Pro Acryl - Neutral Grey

11. create small light reflection highlights on the black parts with Monument Hobbies Pro Acryl - Bright Neutral Grey

12. Highlight the upper edges of the Armor with Monument Monument Hobbies Pro Acryl - Bold Titanium White

13. Highlight all metal parts and Armor Bolts with Citadel - Ironbreaker

14. Add Blood marks with s small brush to the weapon and armor by using Monument Hobbies Pro Acryl - Burnt Red

15. Highlight the Blood marks with Monument Hobbies Pro Acryl - Bold Pyrrole Red

16. Prepare the surface of the armor with Micro sol and apply decals

17. Cover the whole miniature with a coat of Vallejo Premium - Gloss Varnish 62.064 with a brush or airbrush

!!!LET THE GLOSS VARNISH FULLY DRY!!!

18. Mix 1:2 Schmincke - burnt Sienna and Schmincke - ivory black add as much white spirit that you achieve a contrast color consistency, and cover the whole mini with the mixture

19. Let it dry for at least 12+ hours

20. use a Q-Tips or eye shadow applicators to remove the oil wash from all the surfaces

21. Apply a full coat of Vallejo Premium - Satin Varnish 62.063 with a brush or airbrush

22. Cut off a small piece of a sponge from a miniature blister and sponge on some armor chipping marks with Monument Hobbies Pro Acryl - Bright Neutral Grey and Dark Warm Grey

23. Mixup the Blood marks with Monument Hobbies Pro Acryl - Burnt Red

24. Glaze on some intense small volumetric highlights with a 1:4 mix of Monument Hobbies Pro Acryl - Bright Neutral and water

25. Finish the armor with tiny reflection highlights of Bold Titanium White

26. Done!
