December 20, 2025 — the longest night of the year.
At the deepest point of darkness, we gathered to remember the light within.
This video is a mantra recording from our Winter Solstice special gathering, created to honor the longest night–day cycle and the moment of inner turning.
Om So Hum
Meaning:
Om – the primordial sound, the vibration of creation
So – “That”
Hum – “I Am”
Together, it translates as:
“I Am That”
A remembrance of unity — beyond separation, beyond identity.
This mantra gently dissolves the illusion of separation and invites the body, breath, and mind into coherence and presence. Through repetition, the mantra moves from words to embodied awareness.
✨ Why repetition matters
Mantras are not meant to be understood intellectually —
they are meant to be experienced.
Repetition helps to:
calm the nervous system
quiet mental noise
synchronize breath and heartbeat
anchor awareness in the present moment
Over time, the mantra becomes a felt truth, not a concept.
You may listen to this mantra:
during meditation
before sleep
with conscious breathing
or whenever you feel disconnected or overwhelmed
For a deeper experience, we recommend listening with headphones and closed eyes.
🌑 Intention of the Longest Night
To meet the darkness without fear
and return to the knowing of who you truly are.
If this mantra resonates with you,
the remembering has already begun.
🖤
Thank you for listening.
