Due to all the rain a lot of parkruns have had to cancel. Watermead gets terribly flooded being situated between a canal and lake system. Fortunately the core team have a contingency route all lined up ready so we do not always have to cancel. Since we do not run this route very often we decided to record it. Isabelle is the pacer in this one, while Daddy provides support Isabelle is in charge. She paces to a very consistent 8 min miles, and makes it a very comfortable run. She came 39th and 5th female coming in at 25 mins 16 seconds. This is a realtime runthrough, no music, just good old fashioned Parkrunny goodness
