Former state protocol chief Bruce Koloane - now South Africa's ambassador to the Netherlands - has once again been implicated in the controversial Gupta plane landing at the Waterkloof Air Force base in 2013. A former Justice Department Director General has testified that Koloane abused power, even using the President's name and other ministers' to facilitate the landing.
Nonkululeko Sindane was among the witnesses testifying at the State capture Commission.
