Welcome to the Central Texas 2025 Mid-Year Market Update. In this recap of our recent webinar, I break down why now might be one of the best opportunities in decades to “buy the dip” in the Austin and Central Texas real estate market.

New Braunfels (San Antonio Area): Fast-growing, family-friendly, affordable.
Georgetown (North Austin): Scenic, top-ranked for growth, prices back to pre-pandemic levels.
Temple/Belton: Medical and distribution hub with great values.
North Dallas/McKinney: Builders are offering incentives again, and tech investment is booming.
