3 tablespoons chili paste with garlic
1/4 sugar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 lb spaghetti or long pasta of your choice
1/4 cup olive oil
1lb boneless skinless chicken leg meat or chicken breast meat cut into bite size pieces
10-15 whole dried red chili peppers
1 cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts
1/4 cup minced garlic ( about 12 cloves)
3 cups scallions chopped
