Sponge cake:
• Eggs — 4 (~200 g without shells)
• Sugar — 110 g
• Flour — 120 g
• Pinch of salt, vanilla (optional)
Base:
• Sponge crumbs — 276 g
• Butter — 110 g
• Condensed milk — 170–180 g
• Cocoa — 2 tbsp
(If the mixture is too dry, add a little more condensed milk)
Cream for decoration:
• Butter — 90 g
• Condensed milk — 120 g
• Vanilla / powdered sugar (optional)
For coating:
• Cocoa or cocoa + powdered sugar (1:1)
