Описание: In this video, I'll do a bit of work on my Crate V16 Palomino. Released in the early 2000s, this amp holds a special place in my heart for its unique blend of chiming cleans and gainy response, sort of reminding me of the classic Vox amps, but with a tighter bottom end.

But even the best of gear can face the test of time. That's exactly what happened with my V16 – the potentiometers started crackling, a common issue that many of us face. Rather than letting it sit and collect dust, I decided to roll up my sleeves and give this amp a tune-up.

In this video, I'll take you through the process of disassembling the amp, cleaning the pots with deoxit, and carefully reassembling everything back together. I'll also share my personal connection with this amp, its history, and why restoring it means more to me than just fixing a piece of equipment.
