I recreated "Last Remote" from Touhou 11 using the in-game piano in Deltarune.
This is a piano recreation of "Last Remote", originally composed by ZUN, performed entirely inside Deltarune.
"Last Remote" is the Extra Stage theme of Touhou 11: Subterranean Animism, played during the final stage before the boss fight.
In this video, the track is recreated using the Deltarune in-game piano. To achieve the correct range and notes, I modified the piano behavior with a custom mod and adjusted several note keys directly in the game code.
The performance was reproduced using an AutoHotkey script that simulates keyboard input to play the in-game piano.
