Sattu Banana Pancakes Recipe:
Ingredients:
½ cup Sattu flour
¼ cup diced Banana
4 Dates
50 ml Nestlé a+ Slim Milk
1 tbsp chopped Almonds-Nestlé Twist
1 tbsp dried Cranberries
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
Pinch of Baking Powder
1 tbsp Butter
How To Make Sattu Banana Pancakes
Step 1 - Blend Sattu flour, bananas, dates, and milk into a smooth batter.
Step 2 - Add almonds, cranberries, chia seeds, and baking powder. Mix gently.
Step 3 - Heat a non-stick pan, brush with butter, and pour a ladle of batter.
Step 4 - Cook until golden brown, flip, and cook the other side.
Step 5 - Serve warm with fresh fruits, nuts, or yogurt.
