Grinding and eating away at her heart and mind
Beneath the prickling pains, is a boiling disdain, that
One day warp and flows beyond restraint

Something within begins to stir and awaken
Shadows writhing as they break the seal
Calling out to her from the story book pages
Clawing out of her mangled flesh and bone cages

Heart now broken and the mind overtaken
The story pushes t’wards the grand reveal
In the end she couldn’t help but to
Succumb and now become the very
