Disclaimer:
I reach my 1k subscriber last July 3 but until july 10 i can’t use or my YouTube live stream is not working so i decided to send YouTube an email, then after that i check my channel 3 times a day if live stream is already working until July 14 when it finally works well.
I’m not sure if its really because of the email or feedback i send to YouTube or its just they’re late on updating YT Channel. Just like when we reach 100 or 500 or 1k subs we receive confirmation from YT after several days and also the Community button on our channel, mine was enabled after 2 weeks.
You can try just like what i did, If you also had this live stream eligibility issue.
