David Mark discusses the work he does along with his team at the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights of the OSCE.
Mark leads innovative technology solutions at ODIHR and during this session discusses a simulation that they have created for the purpose of teaching human rights defenders how to do their work; more specifically how to conduct human rights monitoring and advocacy missions whilst staying safe. On a broader level, Mark discusses the role and advantage that simulations can offer as a training tool as technology continues to evolve.
