Rajasthan CM signs an MoU with Housing and Urban Development Corporation in Jaipur

Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) in Jaipur on July 24. Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari was also present. MoU was signed for an investment of Rs 1 lakh 50 thousand crore for 28 thousand 500 MW renewable energy and 3325 MW thermal projects in the state. An investment of Rs 10 thousand crore was also signed for strengthening the transmission system. A 600 MW solar energy purchase agreement was signed between Rajasthan Energy Development Corporation and SJVN.
