Hello beautiful soul,
Welcome to my channel!
I just had the pleasure of spending a few weeks on the beautiful island of Tenerife, waking up with the sunrise over the sea. The stunning light and power of the sun inspired me to record this journey for you so that you can tap into the sun's light force wherever and whenever :). Enjoy this 15-min sunrise meditation ☀️.
Prepare yourself by creating a comfortable space for yourself, perhaps with a candle, some incense, whatever you like. Then sit or lie down comfortably, remove any distractions and allow yourself to be surprised. Headphones are recommended :).
After the meditation please make sure to ground, drink plenty of water, have a light snack and do whatever else nourished you. Journalling can be very helpful to write down any insights and messages.
