According to reports, the plea is going to be heard by the Supreme Court tomorrow. Sources suggest that the state government had challenged the transfer of the Lavanya case to the CBI by the Madras High Court. The two judge bench of the Apex Court of justices Sanjiv Khanna and Bela & Trivedi will hear the appeal filed by the Tamil Nadu government challenging the Madras High Court.
