I will be reviewing Neges Banda next in my BoB123 series in which I test black owned products with "good" ingredients only, across 3 wash days, and doing 3 different styles on my type 4 natural, coarse, med-high density natural hair.

🔸 1. Prepoo (to detangle and moisturize)
🔸 2. Exercise (for “steam” oil treatment)
🔸 3. Cleanse (Shampoo, Clay, or Co-wash)
🔸 4. Deep condition (moisturizing or strengthening)
🔸 5. Style (set with twists, braids, or other)
🔸 6. Dry (either naturally or using indirect heat)
🔸 7. Remove set
🔸 8. 1-2 days later - protective style until next wash day
