Sorry to disappoint you, but I was unable to play King's Quest VIII. I planned to, and I even bought it off of GOG... but the version I got doesn't run. Apparently there is a way to fix it, but after struggling awhile I was unable to figure it out. It seems like a lot of trouble, so I give up on it for now and instead focus on making layouts for the next games I want to play. Hopefully I will come back and be able to finally play this at some point!
