Описание:
One of the fundamental exercises that I recommend all individuals add into their strength training programs. It's a total body strength builder and is therefore good bag for you buck.
Tips:
1. Start standing tall with the bar against your legs.
2. The first two movements are to unlock your knees and hip through your hips.
3. As it is mostly a hip movement, keep the bar close to your body and avoid excessive knee bend.
4. Once the bar has hit ankle level (or the weights have hit the ground) return to the standing position squeezing through your glutes at the top.
