Just like their male counterparts, Female Oriental Magpie-robins are great singers too!
Here is a compilation of a number of Female performances.
The female Oriental Magpie-robin has the same plumage pattern as the male, but the black plumage of the male is replaced by the dark grey in the female.
Although its existence was once under threat from the pet trade, the Oriental Magpie-robin is now doing very well in Singapore.
It is now classified as a common resident here.
