Be genuine. You know there's nothing more appealing to someone than speaking to somebody that's genuine, that's authentic. They're going to be able to open up to you, should they have any concerns. If they want to express any problems they're having, they're going to be much more open to speaking with you about those things.

It's OK to make mistakes. It just shows that you're human as well, as long as you own up to those mistakes and you apologize where an apology is needed. I think people respond well to you.

A lot of these teachings apply to everybody. You take it away, and you apply these. Listen, people are humble. They want to do well. That's really within their core. They don't come to work to not be successful.

They do want to do a good job, and it's really getting to the root of what's preventing that. So, to have those meaningful conversations without the fear of repercussion and having that personal connection with those people, I think, is the beginning of how you can get there.
