I've know Steve and Brady for years and I've never seen either of them looking in such amazing condition and maintaining size. Brady was week out when we filmed this and Steve was 2 weeks out from his show. The guys trained shoulders and arms, but we didn't really discuss the workout as much as their mindset going into the shows and the path that brought them both here . It was great to see 2 bodybuilders training, joking and pushing each other even though they're so close to the shows and feel like death. It reminded me of the videos of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Franco Columbu training and joking in Pumping Iron while prepping for the Mr. Olympia.
