‘Mercury Clubhouse’ complex affiliated to 5 SLSC at Menerigama, Padukka was declared opened by the Colonel Commandant to fulfil a long-felt need for the Corps of Signals.
Mercury Clubhouse complex consists of two Cottages, a Bar, a Dining Hall, a Swimming Pool and an Adventure Park. Visitors could enjoy a relaxed day with delicious meals and a glamorous environment. This was inaugurated with the intention of Colonel Commandant himself as an extension of Army Welfare measures.
