Chakra Meditation:
Chakra meditation is a spiritual practice that focuses on balancing and aligning the seven main energy centers or chakras in the body.
The chakras are believed to be spinning wheels of energy that correspond to specific body areas and influence various aspects of our well-being.
Hindu religion used chakras as a map of the subtle body, representing the inter connectedness of the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of human existence.
The seven chakras are located from the base of your spine to the top of your head. As we inhale, we feel our breath touching each seven chakras of energy centers in our body. First we feel it at the throat, and then we feel it move to the heart, the navel, the pelvis, and the very base of the spine.
The inhalation is one smooth flow; our awareness stops briefly at each center. When we exhale energy moves toward the top of the head and brain.
Chakra meditation techniques commonly involve visualization chanting, and the use of specific colors and symbols associated with each energy center.
Discover harmony and balance as you journey through each energy center, aligning mind, body, and spirit.
The Namokaar Maha mantra (NMM) Meditation offers sacred journey into inner peace and self-discovery.
