Police announced the arrest of a woman who allegedly shot and killed a Home Depot employee while she tried to steal a phone charger and the man who drove her from the store. The victim, 26-year-old Blake Mohs, was set to be married this summer at the Boy Scout camp near the Russian River where he met his fiancee.
