Welcome to my beginner watercolor class! In this introductory video, I share who I am, how this class works, and one of the most important ground rules we’ll follow together: we will be kind to all artists in this space—including ourselves.
Watercolor can bring up excitement, curiosity, and sometimes self-doubt. Those critical inner voices—often called “drunk monkeys”—can show up quickly when we’re learning something new. Throughout this class, we’ll talk openly about mindset, creative confidence, and how to gently quiet those voices so we can enjoy the process of painting.
