½ teaspoon salt
water for kneading

1 large onion finely chopped
2 green chillies finely chopped
1 tablespoon ginger grated
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
½ teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon roasted cumin/jeera powder
1 teaspoon dry mango/amchoor powder
½ teaspoon carom seeds/ ajwain
2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves
salt to taste
