Country Ham Bake
Ingredients:
Biscuit slices of country ham
Brown Sugar
1 can of soda - Coke, Pepsi, Root Beer, Mt Dew, etc.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Quickly brown ham in a skillet. Layer ham slices in baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and repeat layers. Add soda over ham. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour.
Note - You can use water instead of soda if preferred.

Layered Pea Salad
Ingredients:
8 hardboiled eggs, sliced
8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
2 heads romaine lettuce, torn
1-16oz. package frozen peas
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/8 c. milk
3 Tbsp sugar
1 c. mayo
Directions:
Layer romaine in bottom of serving dish. Layer eggs, then peas. In separate bowl, combine mayo, sugar, and milk until smooth. Pour dressing over salad. Sprinkle with cheese then bacon. Chill for two hours and then serve.
Note - I halved this recipe.
